Help identifying an office chair

Does anyone know how/where I could find the manufacturer and model of the chair in the pictures in the below link? It's a well-made executive chair with a removable leather pad over a foam seat and back, attached with velcro. As you can see in the pictures, the adjustable arms are reinforced fiberglass or graphite and the base is aluminum. It has a pneumatic seat height adjustment lever and a large dial on the seat bottom that adjusts the seat recline tension. On this dial the letters "CK" are visible - these seem to be the only markings on the chair. I want to sell it and it feels like a quality chair - I just can't substantiate this without knowing what it is, exactly.

I paid $35 for it and feel like it's really good quality chair. So, not free...looking to put a little change in my pocket!

I just picked up 9 chairs for $35 each... 4 Herman Miller Aerons (go for ~$400 each used), 3 Allsteel #19 Work Chairs (go for ~$375 each, used), 1 Davis Executive Webb 2 (goes for ~$300, used) and the "Unknown Chair" I mentioned above.
