Help identify Power Supply

I bought an Enlight 7237 with a 300watt power supply from a computer show and they guy said it was athlon approved. I get it home and open it up and have a 300watt PS made by "Premier" They are not on the AMD approved list. Has anybody ever heard of them? Here are the specs on the power supply.

Premier Model: PS-PR-ATX-300V
300W
voltage - current - max watts
AC input: 115v 8a
DC output: +3.3v 15a 145w
+5v 29a 145w
-5v 0.5a 2.5w
+12v 11.5a 138w
-12v 0.5a 6w
+5v(sb) 1.5a 7.5w

Does anybody know anything about this company or if this power supply would be ok with Abit KT7-RAID, T-Bird 900(overclocked), 2 IDE hard drives, All-in-wonder 128, DVD, CDRW, modem, nic, sound, Taisol, and 2-3 case fans?

Thanks for the help.

If you're not having any problems and you're getting good output in the +5.5v and +3.3v areas (look in BIOS), I wouldn't worry about it. Personally speaking, I were shopping for a replacement 300w ps, I'd only look at those with a combined output of 150w minimum, preferably more. I have to draw the line somewhere and your spec of 145w would probably turn me away.
