Help...I want to add a line-in jack to a boombox

I want to add a line-in jack to my portable radio/cd/cass player, so I can play my Diamond rio through it......

Have any of you ever tried this.......?

I didn't know where to start looking for info about this.......So I thought I'd start here.....
