HELP! I think my powersupply is dead! :(

The voltage is seeming to fluctuate a fair amount... my 5V line is going as low as 4.3 :( and... my cpu voltage is changing too. Does this sound like it's having problems? I would hope not... it's an Enermax 350W, i would have thought it would be of high quality. Is there anything else that could be causing this? My system is becoming less and less stable with time.

Sounds like the power supply, but then I don't know how much you are running on that power supply, since it's possible, not likely mind you, that you have too much running on that supply. Like I said, it's likely bad though because a 350watt Enermax should handle a lot of stuff on it.

Be sure you don't have a component that is dragging it down. Unplug optical drives, 3.5", etc. and see if the problem goes away. If it does, add components back until the problem returns. Just a quick test you can do (and a little ammo in case your retailer tries to get slippery on you). ;)

Sounds like what happened to me with my one month old Antec 300w ps...one day it just started fluctuating voltages (mostly dropping)and then it would start to randomly lock up and reboot. Sadly, even though it was under warranty, I bought it with a case (SX1030, a heavy sob) and upon contacting the company where I got it from they said that I would have to ship the ENTIRE thing, case and all, back to them at my expense. (around $25+ UPS ground) If you ask me, that is one crappy deal. I don't think I will ever buy a power supply included in a case again.
