If resetting the CMOS doesn't help, you may have to borrow some RAM to jump start your board enough to get back in to CMOS and change settings.
 
first of all, what are you doing trying to set EB ram to 2.0? 🙂

anyway, take out both sticks and then stick only one in and try again
 
You say youve taken the battery out but have you actually reset the CMOS jumper? read your manual to locate it if you have not.
 
Just read ur manual and theres a jumper let u clear ur cmos. Im not sure about 64 but AMD dont run Cas 2 that well. leave it at 2.5
