Help i need to RMA an IWILL MB ASAP

Can anyone help me with RMA info.. i am sure they must have someway to return their boards for repair i was sold a board with a faulty bios "or made faulty by the person who sold it to me"
If anyone can help i'd greatly appreciate it.

I just sent a KK266-R off to RMA land yesterday. I found IWill U.S.A.'s phone # under contacts on their site. I did not have to hold long at all, and was issued an RMA # in minutes. I was also told that the replacement board should be sent within 3-4 days of them receiving the one I sent back.

i think i am going to try website it was bought from first hopefully they won't mind me switching the bad board into my box... they were both purchased same place less than 30 days ago.
appreciate the help.

Yea if you got one of the ones with the earlier problems then Iwill will give you a fast replacement.If you end up keeping it or want to try a different Bios then go to www.amdmd.com in forums for Iwill and you can get detailed info on several home made Bios's which is what Im useing called Luckydaze 0307 Turbo,and/or Luckydaze 0416/0426.Cheers
