HELP: i need to find specific microatx mobo

Ok,
i need athlon xp or p4 northwood mobo with ddr or rd ram and 5.1 sound. Asus has one (c-media audio), but its got only sdram. Also no built in video, i wanna get a geforce 4
Oh yeah ive seen ones with firewite so tht would be awesome too!
