My old GeForce 2 GTS's Fan died out on me...
It's running on my second system and I do not want to replace the Video Card.
The most graphic intensive program I run is Counter Strike... =)

Is there any VGA Heatsink/Fan combo out there for my good 'ol Geforce2?

Of course, I do not want to spend more than $10 to $15...

Thanks...

ThermalTake has an old Orb product (not Blue Orb, something like it but newer) that's pretty cheap and good. Personally, I would just take a look at SVC to see what they have that fits.

LOL... You're talking about the Veneral GeForce 2 Pro/GTS here!!! =)

with all the jokes asise, prolly not, I see the ad on the Frys for a new TNT or GForce MX 400 for around $40 (before like $10 rebates) so instead of throwing awya this card, i want to provide adequate cooling and use it.

And Jaxidian, I do remember the Orb stuff,

Does anybody else have any suggestions? How about the new VGA silencer stuffs? do they fit???

A cheap solution is the old K6-2/PIII cpu coolers. They actually provide more cooling than the original coolers. Some frag tape or a good thermal epoxy to hold it on. The other option is the Crystal Orb or Blue Orb if you can find it.

This should do that old Geforce 2 well, also get a fan controller for it, its a noisy little turd at full rpm.

Here's some more optoins to look at. http://www.coolerguys.com/chipsetcooling.html , http://www.svc.com/chipsetcoolers1.html

The little Vantec Iceberq would be a decent setup as well. http://www.svc.com/vanvgaandchi.html
