Help, i need more money...

My 16 y/o kid brother has been leaving his wallet on the kitchen table loaded with bills. Since he was so loaded I asked him if he could let me "borrow" 30 dollars for a hit. He said he only had 100's so he just gave me that instead... I figure if he's loaded enough to carry only big bills then he doesn't need the change....

The next time i needed some cash, I didn't even bother to ask him... the probably now is that even though he still leaves his wallet in plain sight, I doesn't have any more money in it... what should I do
