HELP i need help chosing CPU

so heres my future set up so far..i jus cant decide on whcich CPU to get im stuck between the a64 3200 90nm and the 3500 .13um. And what are the diffences between 90nm and .13 um? Here are the specs i cant decide on which cpu to get. BTW i will be gaming and video editing

A8n-SLI
1 gig of corsair ram(plan to upgrade at least 2gbs)
6600gt (plan to up to dual 6800gts when price drop)
enermax 485 w psu
80 gb hdd from existing comp (going to upgrade to 2 74gb raptor in raid and a 300bg for sorage)
2 dvd writers

thats it so far. I jus need help on finish the it by chosing cpu.

PS if you have any sugestions for the rest of the PC feel free to critque.

Differences between the two processors at stock speeds are probably very small--the 3500+ has only 200MHz over the 3200+, and the 3200+ could easily make this up through an overclock, probably without increasing CPU voltage. If you end up getting into some more overclocking, the 90nm processors will fare a bit better.

ok i dont really want to OC so i guess the 3500 will suit me best then...then again if i want to in the long run i can always OC a bit if needed.
