What are the ideal cooling and power options for this build?:
Also , is there anything wrong with it, I am new at this, I am trying to achieve at least 60fps per eye in 1080p 3D for games like crysis 2, blackops, etc!

From Cyberpowerpc:

HDD2: 2TB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD [+119] (Single Hard Drive)
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory Module [+99] (Corsair or Major Brand)

1000watts is too little...

1 x 590, can use ~350watts in peak load situations at stock speeds/voltage.

So you need minimum 700watts for 2 of them.... which leaves 300watts for the rest of his system? 1000watts is too little.

Question is if 1200watt PSU is enough? or do you need to use 2 PSUs to get above setup working?
(I think 1200watts psu, can handle 2x 590s + i7 2600k oc'ed, + rest of system)

Dont go cheap on the case, either (590s blow most of the heat back into the pc case), get a good quality one, something like the NZXT Phantom (Id consider that a good pc case) (so you wont have heat issues either with cards or with rest of your pc).

So probably recammend you get something like:

CPU cooler: (XIGMATEK Aegir SD128264)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233087&Tpk=Xigmatek%20Aegir%20SD128264

around 60$ but its a really nice cpu cooler. You can OC a 2600k @4.6+ ghz and still have it around the 60C mark, and not be overly loud.

PC case: (NZXT Phantom)

PSU: (Antec High Current Pro HCP-1200 1200W )

Why isn't 300 watts enough for the rest of his sytem? 300 watts would be plenty. The 2600k is a very efficient processor. The rest of his system would stay under 200W fully loaded. Also we're using rounded up figures here - to be on the safe side of course - and the figures are still adding up to less than a 1000W. So I'd 1000 watts is indeed the bare minimum for a stock build. If overclocking, especially the video cards, is taken into account, then he definitely needs more power.

I'm not saying he shouldn't get a 1200W PSU - in fact I recommend he gets the biggest one he can afford. I'm just saying, theoretically, a good 1000W should be enough for a stock 2600k setup. Note: Of course, not all PSUs are created and rated equally, so that's another variable that has to be accounted for. Brand and model is equally important as wattage here.

Given that Heat is a concern, I think Air Cooling probably isn't the best choice. For the same price a Coolit or Corsair sealed water system can be had on sale and won't need to deal with the hot Case air.

@Sandorski,

edit:
I think your right, he might be better off with one of these, alone due to the fact he can mount it on the outsides of the case and have heat deposited outsides the case.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance ~ 74$

Might be a better buy or atleast equal, but keeping the cooling outsides of the pc case.

@Sandorski,

because those "sealed" water system cpu coolers, you can buy usually arnt as good as the best air coolers. But I see your point, about not needing to deal with hot air in the case.... still the NZXT Phantom has pretty good air flow... Im guessing it shouldnt be a problem, and watercooling is usually a hassel.

Which "sealed" water cpu cooler would you recammend he get?

I'm no expert in them, pretty much any of them would do the trick though. H70 seems to be the best and sometimes an be had for about $60, although not often. Coolit systems seem easier to install.

OK, I am going with 1 GTX 590 EVGA Classified, 1 i7 990z or 2600k Over clocked, 8 or 12GB 1600 Ram, 1 120GB to 160GB SSD, 1 2TB HDD, 1 DL Reader / Writer, 1 BD Reader / Writer, Coolmaster HAF-X, and the best mobo and psu for this setup. Also I want the system to run quite but I dont want water cooling. How should I do this? Cyberpowerpc? Custom Build?
