Help - I need a video capture card

I need to find a good capture card to convert VHS tapes to DVDs. Hauppauge? Any other suggestions? The card will be used in a new C2 Duo system, I'd like to keep the cost of the card around a $150. I want to avoid an All in Wonder card if possible....

I used a Hauppage PVR-150 to transfer some laserdiscs to DVD, it worked well and the bunded software is good enough for minor editing and then creating simple DVDs with basic menus and chapter stops.

If you don't need to edit the tapes, the easiest method is to just buy a standalone DVD recorder for under $100 (Liteon, iLo, etc.) since you just push record on the DVD, play on the VHS and go do something else for awhile.
