I bought a Acer FP51 from Compusa (on clearance) for $100. They guarantied it to work, but I cannot find an appropriate power supply. Can some one point the me in the right direction? I was told an universal would work, but I need to know the amp. and volts...

Yeah. They were no help. Nothing listed. I called their tech support line. I found out it is a 12volt. So, I am half-way there. Anybody got a Benq/Acer flatpanel?

Well, you could look on vendors sites for that model and maybe they can help you. Or if your lucky you can find one locally and go look at the power supply they have attached.
