HELP!!! I have no clue which cell phone and service to get!?

I am a purdue student and I do quite a bit of traveling so I need a nationwide plan. I use about 300 anytime minutes. I recently broke my V60 i had through Cingular and I'm on thr prowl for something new. Can anyone please lead me in the right direction?

There are SOOO many options and SOOO many places to buy these online. Is there an "anandtech" of cell phones?
