[HELP] I have a booting problem w/ Epox 8K7A!!!

I've got a booting problem. I am not able to run this system over 1300mhz.. If I set as 10.5 * 133, then it gives me error message with blue screen. It says "Stop:0x00000713 INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE".
It runs fine if I set below 1300mhz. I tried to lower the CPU ratio and so forth, but it gives me the same error message. What am I supposed to do now? Please help. 🙁

Here are what I've installed:
AMD Thunderbird 1.4ghz 'AYHJA' 266FSB
2 Sticks of Crucial 256MB 32x64 PC2100 DDR Ram
CARDEXPERT GEFORCE2 PRO/450 64MB w/ TV-OUT DDR 4.5ns
IBM Deskstar 60GXP 40GB 7200RPM Ultra ATA/100 8.5ms Average Seek Time
Intel PCI Ethernet Card
Windows 2000 Pro
BIOS: 8K7A1824 which is the newest one.

Did you use the jumper to enable 133mhz mode, or are you setting 133mhz mode in the bios. If you are setting it in the bios only, you are using a 1/3 PCI divisor still and your PCI bus is way out of spec and your HD probably is crapping out.
