Ok, I really need somebody to give me the straight dope on what is the fastest cpu I can run on this motherboard.... I was wanting a Plll 866MHz flipchip, is this possible??? Please help, I need an answer as soon as possible!!!

Yes, 866 is no problem. Grab a BIOS update while you are at it too.

Ok, now I need to know what is the latest bios, I have 1005...Also, what exactly is a flipchip???? I bought a CPU Converter Board, a MSI model MS-6905 Master...

You can always find the latest official BIOS here ASUS there is a beta version out, but I would not recommend that you try to flash. you have the correct current version.
You can find a lot of good info at the manufacturers web site.
