Help! I cant see My DVD-ROM OR MY CD-RW Drives In my computer on Win 2000!

can you see them in bios?
can you see them if you go to disk management via administrative tools?

Yes I can See them in BIOS I have a EPOX 8K7A when I go to disk Managment all I see is my HD.

they worked perfectly the I installed win 2k pro today even after I installed it it worked the A couple hours later I rebooted and noticed that i couldent play any cd's

Check the cable, see if its loose.
