help, i can't run msinfo32 in WinMe

i get an MS Help and Support window that says "The page cannot be displayed", but the file is on my computer. Its in C:\WINDOWS and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSINFO as well is the msinfo32.dll. What can i do?
