Help, I can't install ICS on my Win2k client machine

I've spent the past 2 hours trying to install ICS on my Win2k PC (2000 pro). For some reason the sharing tab is not present under the network properties and without that tab I can't enable the ICS. Does anyone know how to resolve a problem like this?

That tab is available on my Win2k host machine, I think I heard that you need at least 2 nics in order to enable ICS. Is this true?
