Help!! I can't get to Dell's website

I don't know whats going on, but i've been unable to go to dell.com for a couple of days now. Even Internet Explorer doesn't work....any ideas? I've cleared my cookies, but am i missing something?
 
I'm assuming you're using firefox, as mozilla hasn't been at version one for about 4 years now. Did you get some sort of virus or spyware?
