Help! I can't connect to ICQ!

I have this weird problem. I just reformatted and reinstalled ICQ with my old data. Now i can't seem to reconnect. I installed ICQ on my second computer on the same network with the same network card with the same ICQ data and it connects fine. I can't seem to get my main one connected. Do i need to enable some sort of network setting or something that i don't know about?

Well have you first of all tried to change your proxy settings. Normally that is the first thing that I notice that I get wrong, then see if your firewall settings are configured properly...uh that is all I can offer.....If that doesnt work, just simply get another icq number!
