Help, I bricked my BIOS!

I have an evga N41 SLI board and I just tried to use winflash to update the BIOS to the E6 revision. Now it boots but it does not POST. I hear one beep and it reports either 2d or 44 on the BIOS LED.

What can I do short of buying a new board?
 
I fixed it, I had a PCI video card in there and it was ignoring the PCIE card.
