Ok, lets see. What operating systems are you running? You will more than likely need to set up each computer on their own IP address. Note that unless you are going to run Internet Connection Sharing you won't be able to access the internet from both computers with this setup (can't play games online at the same time. Playing against each other will still work fine). Tell us what you are working with and we will see if we can help. Plus, read the manual that came with your kit and follow the instructions. They usually try to make the manuals easy to understand because they know it will be your first time if you use one of these kits.
