Help - How to use Corsair 300R "ssd tool-less" caddy

I feel like a retard, but I literally have no idea how my SSD is supposed to click/snap/cling to this caddy.

I think this is where I went wrong - I assume(d) that tool-less meant that the drive could be mounted without tools.
The caddy removes "tool-less-ly", maybe that's what's meant.
Removing the stud and then screwing one from side and bottom is what I ended up doing.

The 3.5 in bays can be used by removing one stud and use 2 mounting screws. Not pretty, but it functions. See the link pictures.
For my SSD in a different case I just used 2 sided tape and placed it were it would get some cooling.

Anandtech has these pictures at : http://www.anandtech.com/show/6055/corsair-carbide-300r-case-review-corsair-for-the-masses/3

There is no physical movement with an SSD so a lightly mounted unit, even with two sided tape, is sufficient.
