help! How to reset the Handspring Visor?

I just sold my used Handspring on ebay, and I want to reset it to its original configuration. How do I do it? I press the reset button on the back of the console, but it only brings me to preference page ... help me out. Thanks in advance 🙂
 
Take out both the normal and backup battery for 5 minutes?


* the above was a random guess. I dont know what a handspring visor is 😉
 
Yes, if you remove the batteries for a while it will evenutally lose all its data. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes before it loses all your data. If you want to use the reset button way, turn the Visor off, hold it and then press reset. It will give you an "are you sure" thing, and then it'll hard reset.
