HELP! How to get W2K to support dual monitor?

I just got me new OEM Geforce 4 video card with dual head support. (I can't find who make it, since it is OEM board)
Anyway....
I was able to get dual head monitor output from my Windows XP with Nvidia's driver.
but when I boot up from W2K, I get bootup screen from monitor A till W2K logo screen, and then monitor B takes over and continue bootup.
I tried use different drivers and play around setting on display, but still can't get both monitor working together.
Does anyone know if is possible to get dual monitor support under W2K, or can someone point me to a link on how to configer it.

well, I have to user the older driver 28.32 version
all the 40.xx version won't work.
take me a while to figure out how to remove 40.xx drivers and reload 28.32, but finally I got it to work,
