Help! How to connect GlobalWIN with my new systems power supply?

DPK

I am building a new system. I have a GlobalWIN WBK38 HSF that I have just placed onto the tbird. The GlobalWIN box says that I should not connect the cpu fan header into the motherboard, as the could damage the mb. "We strongly recommend that you plug it into the case power supply through the power supply fan connector attached." I don't have a connector from my power supply that will plug into the HSF connector. They say not to plug the HSF connector into the mb? So what should I do?

you can always just wire it, the 12v and ground, yellow & black

or you can head to the local pc store and buy a little adapter that goes from the 3pin header type to the 4pin

the reason they say not to hook it to your motherboard is because the fan uses so much power it can burnout the 3pin header on your mobo

You want something like this:

Fan/Powersupply Thingie

Thanks for the link picture. Just a word of advice, I bought my DDR RAM from SR-Systems (the link) and it took them 11 days to get it to me when the companies I bought the other parts from took only 3 and 4 days.
