Help! How many square feet of paper in a newspaper?

I dont have a paper handy and I am trying to figure out if it is cheaper to buy rolls of blank paper like used in newspaper, or just buy newspapers and use that paper.

for 25 cents I can buy 30 square feet of blank stuff

I have 3 months of WSJ's lying in my apartment... I want to recycle tham so am not putting them in the trash... Take them from me...

BTW, avg newspaper size is about 2 x 2.5 ft ~ 5sq ft/page... (full pages, not half)

totally depends on the paper....number of pages AND page size vary greatly
