Help- How do I return "ownership" of a file back to Windows XP?

Short Story

I have 2 hard drives in my computer. One is loaded with Xp and the other with a beta of Vista(RC2). I was playing around with Vista and I decided to see if I could open the "My Documents" folder from the partition with Xp on it.

So I click on the folder and Vista sprouts out his message that I can't do it until I gave Vista "ownership" of the file. Very well so I did and viola, I was able to see the contents of the folder.

However, now when I use XP, I can't go into the "My Documents" folder...it says something along the lines of "access denied/forbidden/etc"

How so I undo this stupid act of buffoonery on my part?

Right click the folder in question (in XP).

Go to Security Tab.

Click advanced.

Click Ownership Tab.

Give yourself back ownership.
