HELP: how can you tell who make the RAM?

I have a pc100 128, it's not working now, so I would like to return it. but I don't know who makes it. When I bought it from egay, they said micron, long time ago.

and also, there is a symbol. a circle with 9 small squares (which form a big square) on the upper left corner of the circle.

If it is micron, does micron have a lifetime warrantee?

If it's "Micron", no warranty, the shop sells you this may give you lifetime warranty if they're in business lifetime.

Have you heard of Crucial?
