Help! How are these voltage readings cuz my pc keeps running extremly slow and crashing

i have a p4 system on a P4S533 Asus w/ 400w turbolink psu here are my voltages:
--IDLE--
+12v = 11.968
+5v = 5.107
+3.3v = 3.184
Vcore = 1.584

--Prime 95--
+12v = 11.776
+5v = 5.16
+3.3v = 3.152
vcore = 1.488

i dunno if thats the problems plz help

what is the correct vcore on p4? are u overclocking it?

if not other numbers look ok, except on my computer +12v is 12.224.

but it also might be inadequate cooling .

make sure the heatsink is clean (no dust buildup and such) and make sure the heatsink is making a good contact. etc. good luck.
