Usually there shouldn't be any progs running from the temp folder.
Checking out salm.exe shows it could be a 'search assistant'. do a search to find out more.

sruvqtal.exe and sylrz.exe could also be suspect.

someone else might be able to pick up more

I dumped the output into http://hijackthis.de and the first thing it flags is that your HJT is several versions out-of-date. Get 1.99.1 from here. It also notes that your Windows is out-of-date (not Service Pack 2).

I see that you have Kaspersky Antivirus installed, so now make sure that

1) real-time scanner is at Maximum

2) on-demand scanner is at Maximum

3) go to "Configure Updater" in the Settings panel and set that to "From Internet, extended databases" so it goes after riskware, then right-click the tray icon and have it execute the update.*

4) disable System Restore, reboot into Safe Mode, and have Kaspersky do an exhaustive scan

*They have an even beefier database option, the SuperSecure one, but you would have to download it and do the "from local folder" option. If you want to do that, copy out the whole updates_x from ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com, change the Configure Updater, then execute the update. But remember to change it back to "From Internet, extended" after your scan's done, so you stay up-to-date.

Also try Microsoft's AntiSpyware Beta from here.
