Hi, I have ordered a sony E200 from the vaio.sonystyle.com about 1 month ago, after I placed my order, I called them , one guy told me that the monitor was backodered, so I cancelled it.
But today ,It is sent to my door.but I have already had a samsung 900NF, SO I just want to contact them ,But I can not find this web-site now, So I search everything In sony.com, But found nothing.
any suggestion

Your package should've come with a shipping Label/Invoice.

There should be a phone number to call for Customer Service on it.

Putting an address on it then giving it to the UPS man. It has happened before.

And if they still billed me?What should I do?Return it, will the sony guys pay the shipping fee?

You shoulda refused the box when it showed up at your door.

Now, just open the shipping invoice that is on the outside of the box and look for a phone number to call.

Check you CC statement to see if you've been charged. If not, you got a free monitor.

Look on the side of the box there should be a little plastic baggie with the invoice in it. Find out the phone number, call them up and explain what happened. They should give you an RMA number to send it back. If you were not billed for it, they will more than likely pay for the shipping if you were billed they might wanna make you pay. But I wouldn?t since you cancelled the order.:)

I did not accept the monitor. when the UPS guys sent it , I was not at home , so he left that In the office of my apartment,anyway , thank you very much,guys.
I hope it is a free monitor.

IT's OK to open the box if you can't find the box.

call customer service on the invoice and work it out with them. You will be fine.

I have cancelled the deal by telephone.so if the sony guys want me to provide any proof of canceling the order ,what should I say?

Get the BBB on their ass... hehehe just kidding. If you were charged for it, don't send it back without getting an RMA! Leads to more trouble. I guess the CSR will have to take your word for it. And if they don't, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Being a big company though, they should have the resources to take care of your problems without costing you a cent... good luck.
