[HELP] Having some troubles with the laptop graphic cards. How do i activate the R5?

Hello. I bought a new laptop in Saturday, but i've had some troubles with my graphic cards. I don't know if they are working correctly, because sometimes one of them is detected and sometimes doesn't.

Here are the specs of the computer:

What is: "CrossFire disabled" ? How can i make sure that the graphics cards are working correctly?

Thank you very much.

Now i understand that i can't activate the CrossFire because i don't have two graphic cards alone, but one graphic card and another integrated in the CPU.

But i still have a problem. The problem is that the Radeon R5 should be active because it's the most powerful card. But it looks that the active graphic card on my laptopt is the R4.

How do i activate the Radeon R5 M240?

The integrated is usually active in desktop mode, but the r5 should kick in during games. Is it not switching between the two based on load?
