HELP!!!!Hard Drive not found on New RAID ARRAY!!!

I just installed a new MOBO KK266R and had original W2K on 40 GB IDE Hard Drive, and now It the RAID config cannot find windows!!!When running W2K setup It says no previous OS available. I tried to place the HD on the Primary IDE, but it seems like the MBR is gone!I had it with 2 partitions with Windows one and the other partition with apps and personal info, using Partition Magic 6.0. I then removed the hard drive and set it up as a slave on another system using W2K, but it does not show up anywhere, Its found in the BIOS and In Partition Magic on the back up system and it shows the entire HD but not the separate partitions, only the entire HD w/ all unallocated space. While attempting to run Setup in W2k it said it would completely erase the system, which I think might erase my partitions as well. I'm stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated.
