HELP - Graphic Bootup Problem

I need help - I am setting up a computer with a ECS k7vza and Jaton TNT PRO AGP card. When I boot up, white vertical lines are everywhere (i.e. every other space is screwed up)

Any ideas... I have a PCI Video card and it works fine.
