Help! Got new Epox and...

I am trying to format my Hard drive and it dont work. Say invalid media when i try to format in DOS. I Fdisk it over and over and still say Invalid media. I delte Partion and create a new one right?

Go into "Activate Partition" or something like that in fdisk and activate it.
