Help going from 2GB to 4GB.

Currently running my c2d e6400 @3.2GHz. 400fsb and 1.30 volts for the cpu. My ram is Crucial DDR2-800 (2x1GB) and now set to standard an 5-5-5-18 and 2.0v, I think.

I have another 2x1GB and I want to put it in soon but have several questions.

Should I back down off the overclock to install the new RAM the start over going up on my fsb?
If it's stable after I install the other 2 sticks, can I adjust it to Turbo or Expert instead of standard?
Can I set the rates from 5-5-5-18 to the recommended 4-4-4-12?

I realize the easy answr is Try itand see" but I'd like some educated guesses on what I should do next.
 
I personally would start from scratch and then overclock.
Sames your running a 1:1 ratio (FSB:RAM) I don't see why you wouldn't set the timings to the recommended.
I can't answer the last one, sounds like you have a gigabyte board.

Start fresh. O/c the new ram & find the max mhz. If it's the same as the old, you can use the same settings.

Yep, set old ram to specs in bios. Give it a bit more juice up to 2.2v. Is it Ballistix?
