HELP! Gigabyte GA-7DXR

I have a pc that I bought in 2002 it has a Giabyte GA-7DXR motherboard, AMD 761 with 512 of 2100 DDR and it started locking up with not error and no keyboard movement and wasn't able to press ctrl, Alt, Delete. Only way was to push power button. Then last week it started looping starting up then wouldn't get to windows and then would start over again can even enter bios with Del. So I thought it might be harddrive so I bought a new one ghosted my image from the old harddrive onto the new one hooked up and it's still. Does anyone have any suggestions???? Have several fan's in unit and all are working, cleaned out unplugged everything but the mouse and keyboard and monitor tried to boot.
