Help~Gigabyte EP45-DS3R +QX9770

Just got this motherboard, but with my friend's QX9770, the system did not boot up. (Show nothing on the monitor.) Same devices on my friend's X48 m/b works fine. I also try another E8400 CPU, it can boot up. Does this motherboard support QX9770? Anyone has the same problem??? (I use NV 9800GTX, Kingston DDRII 800 1GB x2)

I have this same problem, what I use is a QX9770 CPU and Apacer DDRII 800 1GB memory.
Does flash BIOS work?
