HELP!!! Gigabyte 8IEXP IDE Problem

I am about to lose my mind! I setup the new board and it detects my WD800JB fine in the BIOS along with the DVD and CDRW (HDD is on master first primary IDE and CDRW and DVD are on 2nd IDE, I AM NOT using the RAID). XP doesn't see my drive after using the boot floppies. So, I make a floppy with the Ultra 133, and Ultra100 drives and load both and it still doesn't see the drive, but the BIOS see's it fine. What gives? I need to get this friggin thing working before I pull out the rest of my hair. Any ideas?
