Most of it is in the Page Pool - that is often due to temporary Internet stuff. Do you do a lot of browsing with multi tabs open?

Try closing all tabs except the one you are actually using and see what it says.

That looks fairly normal. Windows does all sorts of cacheing and preloading of stuff into RAM. It's "used" but it's low-priority - if you open a program or two that stuff will get flushed out to make room.

And, honestly, you want it to do this, since it helps performance and is otherwise using RAM that would be sitting idle.

I wouldn't worry about this unless you're actually getting out-of-memory errors.

Yeah, looking at

seems normal.

Also, keep in mind Chrome (prolly IE and FF at this point) keep tabs open in-memory even after closing them by default, gotta turn that off in chrome (or manully knock 'em off in taskman). Having said all this, don't sweat 'missing' memory, windows is using it for stuff and memory leaks (enough to matter) are fairly uncommon nowadays in 'normal usage' apps. Just restart once a week or something and don't worry about it.
