Hello everyone,
I got my gf a 3rd gen Ipod nano for xmas. Due to locations we already exchanged gifts. I got itunes set up for her when I was there...but she never used it when I was there. So unfortunately, now she appears to be having trouble.
She says that she creates a playlist but when she syncs, it doesn't appear on the ipod.
If anyone can think of a reason this would be occurring please let me know. I don't have an Ipod so I can't step her through the process. I tried doing remote assistance, but her computer won't accept connections for some reason.
