Help! Getting Spammed to Death!

Help! Can anyone advise me on how to prevent all the email SPAM I'm getting? I use Outlook Express. I get between 200 to 300 spam emails a day at my business address. I am drowning in this sea of junk. I have instituted "Message Rules" but the reduction is minimal.

Is there a program I can buy to eliminate most of the Spam? Thank you for any help you can provide.

We've been using it for a a few weeks at work and it does the job. Their main spam catching scheme is based on the contents of mail messages, but looking for specific spammer links and phone numbers rather than using just a set of rules like most software does. This is great at catching spam from zombie PCs that have not yet been added to a blacklist.

With this approach there are 0 false positives from the main filtering, though they also allow using secondary filters like blacklists which are much less reliable (if you use them, be sure to have mail caught by blacklists routed to a spambox so you don't lose any false positives).
