I replaced my old p4 system with my new vnf3-250 and amd 2800+. I can't seem to load windows without running into a stop error message. I've updated to the latest bios. I've already tried repairing windows twice but i still run into the same error. It's really important i keep the data on the drive. Heres the error message i get.
" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage. If this is the 1st time you've seen this stop screen, restart, if it appears again follow these steps.
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any bios updates. Disable bios memory options such as caching. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components ..press f8.
