Help getting an old Matrox card to display 1440x900

I cant figure it out. I have tried everything including PowerStrip. Is there any way to force it?

Its a Matrox G450

googling it shows others have had the same problem, with no easy solution i saw in a quick skim. have you checked out the matrox site?

Yes, I went through the Matrox website and didnt see any fixes either. Oh well
