help - games too dark on my monitor.

hi everyone,
I'm using a clabs tnt2 ultra and all my
games are too dark to see. There is gamma
settings on the desktop however it will
only brighten the desktop but not the games.
Are there any ultilities that could solve my
problem. Any help is appreciated.
