I would go with the GF3 Ti 200. As a rule of thumb, the TV out on Nvidia cards isn't real good.

What do you need the TV out for? If you want it for playing games in TV, it's not bad. If you want it for DVD movies, in my opinion it's better to buy a card without TV out and buy a separate decoder, like DXR3.

Uncle Ron, I think you should go for either the Gainward GF3 Ti 500 or the Radeon 8500, if money is no problem.

GF3 Ti200/450 GS is a much better card than the Geforce 2 Ti 500.
Tested 3 and all hit 260 core 560 memory, no problem.
For TV out, screw built-in TV out on video cards. (btw, all my cards have tv out).
Built-in requires every video card upgrade to have TV out. $$.
Also, most are limited to 800x600 @ 60hz.

Best way to get TV out is with an external scan convertor.
No card slot, resourses or software needed. Plug it in and it's done.
These are a one time investment, and can be used with any video card you may have today or tomarrow.
For around $100, you get a box dedicated to giving you the best TV out money can buy.
It's what they do! Not an afterthough or add on, but a product designed for one thing. TV out.
Most will do 1600x1200 @ 120hz or more.
Think about that when playing games with your new hi performance gaming card.
Do you want to lower the resolution down to 800x600@60hz?
If so, might as well stick with a 3dfx Voodoo 3 card.
Now if you want to play at 1024x768@85hz, then get a scan convertor and you can
use your monitor at that resolution and refresh rate, and the TV out at the same time.
Plus, they are loaded with so many features, even ATI drools.
It gets no better than a good scan convertor, (and TV's with PC's are what I do.)
