I bought Gigabyte mobo GA-8KNXP and Kingstone HiperX memory modules KHX3200K2/1G . The firm that is combineing my computer says that the mobo and the memory are not compatible! I don't believe this!

Does anyone has experience with this components!

The computer shows some errors on blue screen and reboots by it self and the WinXp can't load! Also when they run a memory test, the test find errors on both sticks! I don't know what that might mean!?? I know that they work on other MoBo fine!??

Also the firm did not update the BIOS and didn't try to set the CAS to other timeings.
When they put other memory modules from other brand and cheep ones on my mobo, everything went fine and also when they put my memory modules in some other mobo that is also cheep and doesn't have the same performance like mine , everything went fine too. And from this point of view the firm told me that they are not compatible. I believe that they are not competent!

Thanks

Some motherboards are picky about ram. I don't have the same mobo/ram that you do, so I can't personally help. However, I would suggest that you visit a forum on the same mobo you have and search the posts for possible problems with Kingston Hyperx ram. I've gota Abit NF7-S mobo and at the forum I go to for this mobo, some people reported problems with Kingston ram and the NF7 mobo.
