HELP!! Friend got MAJORLY scammed. Need HELP!!

My friend bought six Compaq Ipaq's 3670 (which you guys all know is very rare and hard to get) off of this guy's website (it was linked through a Yahoo auctions seller's listing for the Ipaq). His website is Link.. (you can see them in stock). My friend wired him the money for $500 each ($3000 total) using Western Union. The seller never sent the products and he started charging an extra $3000 on his credit cards as well (but he got that back since it was through CC's). He has the guy's phone number, cell phone number, physical address, and email address.

The first person that he contacted from the website was under the name: Katie Donnelly. Supposedly the owner of the company is Derek and his email address is howdawg@aol.com (he's online a lot, but ignores my friend's IM's).

I'd start by contacting the local police department in heathrow, fl.

Also, send a PM to Roger here on the forums. He can give you some invaluable advice.
